Browse our product pages or send your enquiry directly via email or WhatsApp. Tell us about your category, target market, expected volume and timeline.

Receive a 12-hour response
Our team responds within 12 working hours with pricing, availability, MOQ and customisation options. We agree on which workflow (Wholesale / Micro-Innovation / Bespoke) fits best.

Sample sign-off
For Micro-Innovation and Bespoke orders, we produce a physical sample for your approval. Wholesale orders skip this step and ship directly from stock.

Invoice and deposit
Once the sample (or stock list) is signed off, we issue an official commercial invoice. Bulk production starts as soon as the deposit clears.

Production and QC
We run multi-stage QC across casting, polishing, plating and final assembly. Progress photos and videos are shared by WhatsApp on request.

Packing and worldwide shipping
Goods are packed to your specification (own-label or generic), photographed for records, and shipped worldwide with full tracking and customs documentation.

Common Questions
What payment terms do you accept?
For new customers we generally work on 30% deposit / 70% before shipment, via bank transfer (T/T) or PayPal. Larger or repeat orders are negotiable. We never ask for payment to a personal account — always to the registered company.
How low can the MOQ go?
Wholesale stock styles start from 20 pieces per SKU. Micro-Innovation (own-label) typically starts at 100–300 pieces. Bespoke designs depend on tooling complexity — talk to us about your specific brief.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS and registered air mail for small parcels, and via sea freight for bulk orders. We will recommend the most cost-effective option based on weight, volume and urgency.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Absolutely. Boxes, pouches, cards, polybags and display units can all be branded to your specification. Send your artwork or brief and we will quote alongside the product.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request. Bespoke designs are protected as exclusive to your brand for the duration of the contract — we never resell your custom moulds to other clients.
How fast can I get a quote?
Same working day for stock items, and within 24 hours for Micro-Innovation and Bespoke briefs. The fastest channel is WhatsApp.
